Hi all, just tonhighlight that there is a group chat for the Abbey Dash. Currently 3 people in the group but I know more have signed up. It would be good to have a group of shadwell runners there on the day so if you are tempted I encourage you to sign up to Abbey Dash and join us. It is in October, 10km flat route.

Going to be very hot tonight (13th) but there is a good route through Roundhay Park trees amd round lakes to provide some shade. Nice group already formed but add your name to the list to not miss out! ☀️☀️🌲🌳👍

For a mid summer celebration I have suggested a trail route on the Meanwood trail starting amd ending at the Mrytle pub, 7.30pm start on the 20th June. This is fun trail run for everyone about learning new routes, enjoying the cool of the woods and having fun. There is a 5km (via a simple short cut) and 7.5km option but we will all stick together as one group. More details on the spreadsheet, please add your names under mine and indicate if doing 5km.
